Your buyers want
proof of origin.
Now you have it.

AgriOps turns your daily supply chain activity into a verified intelligence record — GPS-mapped farms, real-time visibility across procurement and sales, and compliance reports ready for any buyer who asks.

The Reality

Buyers are raising the bar. Fast.

EU and UK importers now require deforestation-free declarations backed by farm GPS coordinates. US buyers are demanding the same traceability independently of any regulation — it is now a condition of doing business with serious buyers in any market. Agri-exporters managing operations on WhatsApp and Excel are getting cut out of contracts they used to win on price alone.

How It Works

From farm to compliance report in three steps

1

Map your farms

Walk the farm boundary with SW Maps — export GeoJSON or CSV and upload directly. Dry-run validation catches errors before anything is saved. Every farm gets GPS coordinates, a structured farmer record, land tenure data, and a verified status — ready to attach to any batch.

2

Track procurement and sales

Log purchase orders from suppliers, receive stock into inventory, fulfil sales orders. Every transaction links back to the farms it came from — the traceability chain builds itself.

3

Generate the compliance report

When a buyer asks for proof, generate a PDF compliance certificate scoped to their order — farm coordinates, deforestation risk status, due diligence declaration. Ready in seconds.

The Platform

Everything in one verified record

From GPS farm registration to buyer-scoped compliance report — the full chain, in one place.

GPS Farm Mapping

SW Maps GeoJSON or CSV — uploaded directly, validated before saving, logged to a full import history. Farm coordinates, farmer records, land tenure data, and consent records stored together and linked to every batch that leaves the farm. Export back to GeoJSON at any time for QGIS or external review.

EUDR Compliance

Risk classification, verification tracking, document vault, expiry alerts. Compliance PDF generated on demand — scoped per buyer, per sales order, or across your full supply base.

End-to-End Traceability

Farm → Supplier → Inventory → Purchase Order → Sales Order. Every step recorded, every actor logged. When a buyer asks where the product came from, the answer is already there.

Supply Chain Intelligence

Best supplier, top buyer, fastest-moving product, open exposure — surfaced automatically from your own data. Operational insight your management team can act on, not just report on.

Import Data Quality

Dry-run validation before a single record is saved. Auto-correction catches malformed geometries, LGA name variants, and phone formats at ingest time. A three-tier model — auto-corrected, flagged, rejected — means every import produces a clean, auditable result. Import history logged for every run.

Smart Alerts

EUDR verification expiries, low stock thresholds, overdue purchase orders. The right person gets notified before a small problem becomes a shipment delay or a lost contract.

Intelligence

Your supply chain generates data every day.
Here's what it's telling you.

SAMPLE DATA — ILLUSTRATIVE

AgriOps doesn't just store records — it reads them. As your team logs purchases, shipments, and farm activity, the platform surfaces what matters: where performance is strong, where risk is building, and where to act next.

These aren't dashboards you build yourself. AgriOps surfaces them automatically as your team works — every purchase order logged, every shipment dispatched, every farm verified contributes to a live picture of your supply chain.

EUDR Ready

The regulation is in force.
The deadline is December 2026.

EU deforestation regulations require operators placing cocoa, coffee, soy, palm oil, cattle, wood, and rubber on the EU market to prove their commodities did not contribute to deforestation — traceable to farm boundaries, not just country of origin.

AgriOps stores the proof — farm GPS coordinates, deforestation risk classifications, verification status, and compliance documents — and generates a traceability certificate scoped to each buyer's shipment. EU due diligence declarations and buyer-neutral Supply Chain Traceability Certificates for any other market.

FAQ

Common questions

AgriOps is a supply chain intelligence platform for agricultural commodity operators. It gives you end-to-end traceability — GPS-mapped farms, procurement records, inventory, sales orders, and compliance certificates — in one place. It is built for agri-exporters, cooperatives, and commodity traders who need to prove origin to buyers or meet regulatory requirements.

The EU Deforestation Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 as amended by 2025/2650) requires that specific commodities — soy, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, cattle, rubber, wood — placed on the EU market must not have contributed to deforestation after 31 December 2020. Operators must collect GPS farm data, conduct due diligence, and file a Due Diligence Statement before export.

Enforcement deadlines: 30 December 2026 for large and medium operators, 30 June 2027 for small and micro operators. If you are supplying or planning to supply an EU buyer in any of those commodities, this regulation applies to you.

Yes. EU regulation is one demand signal — not the only one. US buyers are increasingly requiring farm-level traceability as a condition of sample requests and contracts, ahead of any formal mandate. UK due diligence legislation is also in progress.

Beyond compliance: AgriOps gives you real-time stock visibility, purchase order tracking, supplier management, and a full audit trail. These are operational benefits regardless of which market you sell into.

A field agent walks the boundary of the farm with a mapping app installed on their phone — SW Maps, Avenza Maps, NCAN Farm Mapper, or any app that exports GeoJSON. The app records the GPS track as a polygon. Back at the office, the file is uploaded to AgriOps.

AgriOps validates the geometry (checks for self-intersections, coordinate range, size), normalises it (strips elevation, rounds coordinates, removes duplicate points), calculates the area in hectares, and anchors the polygon to the farm record with a SHA-256 hash. The hash is immutable — any boundary change produces a different hash, giving you tamper-evident proof of the original mapping.

AgriOps alerts you 30 days before a farm verification expires. Expired farms are flagged on the dashboard and in the farm registry. Any compliance certificate generated while a farm is expired will reflect that status — so the buyer can see exactly what was current at the time of shipment.

Re-verification is a simple process: the compliance officer reviews the farm record, updates the risk assessment if needed, and extends the verification date.

No. AgriOps is a multi-tenant platform with strict data isolation. Every farm, supplier, farmer, purchase order, and batch record belongs exclusively to your organisation. No other operator — not even AgriOps staff — can access your data in the normal course of operations. Each organisation is a completely isolated tenant.

AgriOps supports all agricultural commodities. The platform is not locked to EUDR-listed crops. Current operators are using it for soy, cocoa, sesame, groundnut, and maize. The compliance certificate and traceability chain work for any commodity you source and sell.
